Packaging suppliers in India
Pouches, cartons, boxes, bottles and labels, printed with your artwork.
Packaging suppliers make the pouches, laminates, cartons, shipper boxes, bottles, jars and labels your product goes into, printed with your artwork. For food, the packaging that touches the product has to be food grade, and the right material keeps it fresh for its shelf life.

What to check before you choose
Food-contact material
Ask for a food-grade or food-contact compliance certificate for the material that touches your product, from the supplier or their film or resin maker.
Barrier for your shelf life
Oily, crisp or moisture-sensitive products need the right barrier (for example metallised or foil laminates, nitrogen flushing). Tell the supplier your product and target shelf life.
Minimum order and printing
Printed packaging often has a higher minimum than plain stock, plus plate or cylinder charges for each design. Ask for both before you finalise artwork.
Plastic EPR
Brand owners who use plastic packaging have Extended Producer Responsibility duties and register on the CPCB portal. Ask if the supplier can help with the paperwork.
Samples before the run
Ask for samples in your size and test them on your filling line or by hand before ordering thousands.

Common questions
What are group deals for packaging?
Brands in the same city pool their orders for the same standard pouch, jar or box. The more who join before closing, the lower the price for everyone. You pay only once the price is fixed.
Can I buy small quantities of packaging?
Plain stock packaging usually has lower minimums than printed. Group deals and standard products help small brands reach a supplier’s minimum together.
What is a standard product?
A product with one shared specification, so every brand asks for the same thing and every supplier prices the same thing. When enough brands in a city ask for it, it becomes a group deal.
How do I get quotes from packaging suppliers on SupplierSetu?
Start a project or open a supplier and ask for a quote. Our team collects formal quotes and sends them to your project within 24 hours. Your phone number and email are not shared with suppliers unless you choose to share them.
Does it cost anything to ask?
