Does it send quotations to buyers on its own?+
No. The assistant drafts quotations, but a person on your team always approves them before they go out. By default they go by email; you can allow WhatsApp too.
Can my staff use it without training?+
If they use WhatsApp, they can use suppliersetu. Each person logs in with their own mobile number and sees only what their role allows.
We already use Tally or Zoho Books. Do we have to switch?+
No. Keep your books where they are. With the Accounting add-on, invoices and payments sync to Tally or Zoho Books for your CA.
Which languages does the assistant speak?+
Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Punjabi and English. It replies in the language the buyer writes in.
What if my catalogue is only a PDF, or I have none?+
A PDF is all you need: the AI reads the products, sizes and rates from it and builds your website. If you have no catalogue, skip that step and add products yourself or import an Excel price list.
