Terms of service

Last updated 2 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between Stayoft Ventures Private Limited (“we”, “us”) and the business that signs up for SupplierSetu (“you”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them on behalf of your business. If you don’t agree, don’t use SupplierSetu.

1. The service

SupplierSetu helps manufacturers and wholesalers handle enquiries, quotations, catalogues, leads and related work, with optional add-on modules and AI features. We may add, change or remove features. If a change takes away something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to act for your business.
  • Keep sign-in codes and devices secure. You are responsible for what happens under your company’s accounts, including your team members’ actions.
  • Give accurate company details, including GSTIN where you use GST features.

3. Your data

You own your content: products, prices, catalogues, quotations, conversations and files. You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only to run SupplierSetu for you, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you bring in, including buyers’ contact details, and for meeting your own legal duties to them.

4. WhatsApp, email and other channels

When you connect your WhatsApp Business number, you also agree to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms and Business Policy. Message only people who contacted you or agreed to hear from you, follow the 24-hour reply window and template rules, and don’t send spam. Meta or a mobile carrier may limit or block a number that breaks their rules; that is outside our control. Gmail and other connected services are governed by their own terms too.

5. AI features

AI drafts replies, quotations, summaries and alerts. It can make mistakes. Check prices, quantities, taxes and commitments before they reach a buyer. Approval settings let you decide what needs your yes first. You are responsible for what you send to buyers, including AI drafts you approve or allow to go out.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use SupplierSetu to:

  • break the law, infringe others’ rights, or deal in prohibited goods;
  • send spam or messages people didn’t ask for;
  • upload malware, probe or overload our systems, or access other companies’ data;
  • resell or copy the service without our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that do, after notice where possible.

7. Plans and payment

Paid plans and modules are billed in advance in Indian rupees, plus GST. Trials end on the date shown in the app. Unless the law requires otherwise or we say so in writing, fees already paid are not refunded. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before changing the price of a plan you are on. Message charges from Meta or other providers may apply separately.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using SupplierSetu and close your account at any time (see delete your data). We may end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms. Before your data is deleted, you can ask us for an export.

9. Disclaimers and liability

We work to keep SupplierSetu available and accurate, but provide it “as is”, without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute by talking to you. If that fails, courts in India have jurisdiction.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app or by email before significant changes take effect. Questions: privacy@suppliersetu.com.
